Who we are
Harrison County Arts started as a grass roots vision. A handful of community minded artists came together and began to build an arts organization that showcased the talents of Harrison and surrounding counties. In May 2005 Harrison County Arts was incorporated as an official non-profit to bring art centered experiences and activities to Harrison County citizens.
Our mission 20 years later honors our founders vision of expanding artistic opportunities and art experiences in Harrison County and Southern Indiana. We are connecting creativity and community through the power of art.
Passion and commitment from our artists, volunteers, board and committee members have driven our organization’s success and longevity.
